Here are pictures of my latest vacant staging project. The owner/agent totally renovated this unit and decided to go all the way and stage it for a sale!! I was a little concerned with the bright yellow paint everywhere but was up for a challenge. I think it ended up looking incredibly sunny and gorgeous and you can't help but feel that way when you step inside. Will hit MLS in a couple of days. If you have a client in search of the perfect West End townhouse located in the best Henrico County school district this one is an absolute gem to show and is priced for a quick sale-better HURRY!!
