UPDATE-Vacant Staging-Walnut Creek-Lot 11

I am happy to report that after being on the market in it's empty state for 1.5 YEARS and only ONE WEEK after staging this lovely new construction spec home received an OFFER!! Unfortunately I was just informed that the potential purchasers financing did not work out : (. Still a GREAT testiment to the power of staging vacant homes!! I feel certain that with all the positive feedback received as of late after staging that this house will find it's qualified buyer soon!!!
