What a great townhouse! The owner has moved out of state and contacted me to partially stage the unit. Although, I'm not normally a fan of partial staging, in this case I agreed that it is a good idea. The first floor features a nice open flow that because of it's openness, was not reaching it's maximum showing potential in it's vacant state. Potential buyers would quickly skim over the first floor with thoughts such as "will a dining table fit in this space" or "how will I arrange this family room space"? By partially staging the first floor of this unit these questions are now answered. Now potential buyers are now invited to stay a while and linger in this NOW warm and inviting townhome. In the end...it is these emotions that produce offers. Hopefully these ambitious seller's will reap the benefits of this moderately small investment VERY SOON!! Will keep you posted on progress.
