Happy to report that this LOVELY family home sold after only 4 months on the market. Seller reports would have been sooner-only having ONE full bath was deal breaker for many. The seller is convinced that in the end it was the staging that finally pushed the buyers over the edge and closed the deal. YIPEE-staging works and everyone is HAPPY!!
