Stuart Hall-SOLD

Wow-I've been so busy that I've neglected my blogspot for a while. Stuart Hall did indeed sell-a short 3 1/2 weeks after staging-a contract started negotiations and inspections are final and it is SOLD!! In the meantime, since my previous posting I've been busy with 3 occupied homes. I started staging one the end of February. This dear lady had tons of beautiful collections-well we packed them up and moved in some more contemporary furnishings and she received an offer the second showing-it was contingent on a sale though. A week later she received a full price NON CONTINGENT offer-she is absolutely thrilled. I'll be posting some before/after pictures of this one soon. I've been working with some other sellers-one in Twin Hickory and one in Keswick-both are hitting the market this weekend-so exciting to see what happens. Monday I'm supposed to move furnishings from Stuart Hall to Libbie Ave-a vacant listing that a builder fixed up-he did a beautiful job and can't wait to get started. I am totally blessed to be helping seller's and doing what I love doing as well. Thank you God!
