Well-talk about exhiliration!! One short week ago I was hired to stage my first vacant house in one of Richmond's most desirable areas. This brilliant agent sees the benefits that can be achieved by staging her listings and is willing to be creative and try something new in this everchanging market. She has entrusted me to staging this darling little house and everything has turned out beautifully just as I had dreamed it would. The house is newly listed today-was previously listed for nearly two months in it's vacant state. There is an open house tomorrow and this will be SO interesting to see how long this darling little house will last now.
